Dear Mr. Nadarajah,
We are glad to inform you having received your
kind letter at 28th February 2005.
In your letter you write that your students are
not well equipped with educational utensils,
furniture etc.
Our idea how to continue in the future:
The Max-Born-Realschule (students, parents,
teachers) will sponsor your school and its
students for the next years.
With this sponsorship you might be able to buy
e.g. some of the necessary educational utensils.
That's why we need a concrete proposal what to
sponsor (e.g. furniture, educational utensils)
and the required amount of money (estimate).
To pass the sponsorship on to your school, we
need particulars of the school's bank account.
We would like to get further information (pictures
etc.) with regard to your school, your students,
life in Sri Lanka etc.
We will show this intention (project) on our

letters from some of our students who would like
to become penfriends with students of your
school.
Would you please be so kind as to hand them out
to pupils who are interested in correspondence?
